What is AFP's return policy for the Essentials of Treasury Management textbook?
AFP will accept returns of the Essentials of Treasury Management, Seventh Edition that are in new condition within 30 days of the ship date for orders shipped between January 2023 and August 2025.
The returned books should also include a written request for a refund, which can be emailed to [email protected]. All refunds will be distributed in the same manner as they were received. AFP does not cover shipping costs.
All refunds will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and we do not refund shipping.

CTP Examinations for the 2023-2025 testing windows are based on the Essentials of Treasury Management, Seventh Edition. AFP will not accept returns of the Essentials of Treasury Management, Seventh Edition for orders shipped after September 1, 2025. AFP will not accept returns of the Essentials of Treasury Management, Sixth Edition (or earlier Editions).
