He is responsible for AFP’s product development,
educational programming, certification, research, project management, finance and customer service departments. He also manages the Association's subject matter experts in the areas of treasury, payments, and financial planning
and analysis (FP&A). In addition, he oversees AFP’s legal and contracting activities.  |
 | Francine Hope-PressleyChief Financial Officer Francine Hope-Pressley provides oversight and leadership for AFP’s financial matters including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and reporting to AFP’s board and the public.
She also helps to align AFP’s strategic and financial goals. Francine oversees the AFP’s tax and regulatory compliance. She has 20 years of finance, accounting, not-for-profit and for-profit industry experience, including
public accounting. Francine has previously served on the boards of community organizations providing health and educational services to children.

marketing, business development, sales strategy and operations, she has worked at AFP for more than 15 years in a variety of roles. For the past three years, Soriano has used her expertise and passion to build strong customer relationships
and partnerships within the Asia-Pacific region and has been an integral part of helping treasury and finance professionals achieve their career goals through AFP’s training and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified
Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FPAC) Professional programmes. Soriano holds a Master of Business Administration in management from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School (USA) and a Bachelor of Science in business from George Mason University (USA).

and producing AFP’s survey reports. Lamech leads and executes AFP‘s survey research with a focus on enhancing the value of AFP’s external survey projects to the treasury and finance profession through the development
and production of ancillary products.
Lamech has nearly 25 years’ career experience within research functions at Associations.

 | Bryan Lapidus, FPACDirector, FP&A Practice Bryan Lapidus has more than 20 years of experience in the FP&A and treasury space working at organizations like American Express, Fannie Mae and private equity-owned companies. At AFP he is the staff subject matter expert on FP&A,
which includes designing content to meet the needs of the profession and helping keep members current on developing topics. Bryan also manages the FP&A Advisory Council which acts as a voice to align AFP with the needs of the
profession.  |
