Jeff Johnson is Chief Financial Officer at Amesbury Truth in Edina, MN. He was most recently COO with Davenport Group in St. Paul, MN and prior to Davenport group he was Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations at Deluxe Corp. in Shoreview, MN where his responsibilities included treasury operations, investor relations, retirement plans, and risk management. Jeff serves as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He was also a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Policy Committee. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He presented at the 2006 AFP Annual Conference as the Strategy Category winner of Pinnacle, and was a session presenter in 2008. He served on the Treasury Management Forum Task Force in 2010. Jeff has been active in roundtable discussions at the Minneapolis Treasurer's group and has been a member of AFP since 2005.
Bob Whitaker is Senior Vice President Corporate Finance for DHL Americas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining DHL in 2004, Bob held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T, including CFO for AT&T Capital - Latin America. He has been a member of the AFP Government Relations Committee, serving as the chairman of the Financial Accounting/Investor Relations subcommittee. Bob has also served on the AFP Annual Conference Planning Committee and has presented at the AFP Annual Conference. He has been a member of the AFP since 2005.
June Johnson is Director of Finance & Treasurer and Head of Investor Accounting at Z Capital Group L.L.C. in Lake Forest, IL. Prior to joining Z Capital, June worked with HMX Group as Director of Treasury and with Hartmarx Corporation as Assistant Treasurer. June has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and was a member of the Audit and Policy Committees. She served as a member of the AFP Government Relations Committee, and she was chairman of the Financial Accounting and Investor Relations (FAIR) Task Force of the committee. June served as a member of the AFP 2011 and 2012 Annual Conference Planning Task Force and has been a speaker at the Annual Conference. At the local level, June served on the Board of Directors of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago (TMAC) as co-chair of the Windy City Summit conference, and has served in several other Board capacities of TMAC. She has been a member of AFP since 1990.
Ann Anthony is Treasurer of South Jersey Industries, Inc. in Folsom, NJ. Prior to joining SJI, Ann worked with Metrologic Instruments as Director of Treasury and Risk Management where she held various positions in manufacturing, banking and retail business with domestic and global activities. Ann has served as a member of the Finance Committee, the Audit Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. Ann has been an active participant in the Philadelphia AFP where she has served in several Board capacities. She has been a member of AFP since 1995.
Terry Crawford is Senior Vice President and Treasurer for AMC Entertainment Inc, in Leawood, Kansas. He is currently a member of the Annual Conference Planning Task Force and the Treasury Advisory Group, serving at the chair in 2012-2013. In the past he has served on the Working Capital Management Committee as well as the Retail Industry Task Force, serving as chair in 2005. In addition, Terry is a member of the New York Life Client Advisory Board and the Wells Fargo Retail Advisory Board. At the local level Terry is a past president of the Kansas City AFP. Terry has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference and Retail Industry Roundtable, speaking on various subjects since 2003. He has also contributed to several articles and publications. He has been a member since in 1998.
Mel D’Souza is VP, Treasury Operations at Manulife Financial Corporation in Toronto, ON, Canada responsible for global treasury operations in all the jurisdictions in which Manulife operates. Mel has over 30 years of progressive multi-faceted experience in professional and managerial roles in the financial services industry in Canada, Hong Kong, The Philippines, India and Australia. Mel is a member of the Canadian Treasurers Association as well as the Treasury Operations Committee of the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). He has presented at the 5th Insurance Executive’s Summit in Singapore in 2009 and has been a speaker at the Financial Measures and Controls Conference in Mumbai in 2006. Mel is President of the LOMA Society of the Greater Toronto Area, is a Director for BOOST Child & Youth Advocacy Centre, and is an ACCA Canada Network Panel Member. He has been a member of AFP since 2015.
Chris Fulton is Treasurer of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, NY. He also serves as the treasurer of the Skadden Foundation and acts as financial administrator of the Skadden, Arps Honors Program in Legal Studies at The City College of New York. Prior to joining Skadden in 2008, Chris worked with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as vice president, corporate treasurer. He has been a presenter, as well as an exhibitor, at the AFP Annual conferences and is active in roundtable discussions at the Corporate Treasurers Council. He has been a member of the AFP since 2005.
Jonathan Hall is Chief Financial Officer, Krause Holdings, Inc., a diversified holding company in Des Moines, IA, with businesses in retail convenience stores, real estate development, transport and wineries. He previously served as Vice President, Finance and Strategy/CFO with Walmart Services in Bentonville, AR. Prior to joining Walmart, Jonathan served as Chief Financial Officer, Supply Chain Business Unit at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. He has held senior level finance, strategy, treasury/capital markets, corporate development/M&A and accounting positions of increasing scope and leadership responsibility at BWAY Corporation, Sara Lee Bakery, and J. I. Case Corporation. He began his career in banking with The First National Bank of Chicago. Jonathan has written articles on capital structure and corporate performance management for the AFP Exchange Magazine. He has been a member of AFP since 2012.
Patricia Hui is Senior Corporate Treasury Manager at Mentor Graphics Corporation, a multinational company dealing in electronic design automation, headquartered in Wilsonville, OR. Prior to joining Mentor Graphics in 2009, Patricia served as Treasury Manager of Tektronix, Inc. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010 and has served on the Policy Committee. Patricia has served in the past as an AFP Pinnacle Award judge as well as a member of the Annual Conference Task Force for two years. She is a member of the AFP of Oregon and SW Washington and has served on the Board of AFP of Oregon in 2001 and 2002. She has been a member of AFP since 1998.
Ferdinand Jahnel is Vice President, Treasurer for Marsh & McLennan in New York, NY. Ferdinand most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer for Henry Schein, Inc., in Melville, NY. He has held various Corporate Finance positions at CA Technologies, Inc., Steelcase, Inc., and at the MAN Group in Europe and the U.S. Ferdinand has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and has served as a member of the Finance Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. He has been a contributor at a number of the AFP Annual Conferences and an active member of the Corporate Treasurers Council. He has been a member of AFP since 2005.
Rue Jenkins is Treasurer, Costco Wholesale Corporation in Issaquah, WA. Prior to joining Costco he was VP, Treasurer at Paragon Restaurant Group. Rue has a diverse background in treasury management, tax and financial accounting, and regulatory reporting. He served on the Annual Conference Task Force, the Treasury Advisory Group, participated on the committee to revise the Essentials of Treasury Management and has been a frequent speaker and panel participant at the annual conference. He has been active with the Pacific Northwest AFP and an active member of the CTC. Rue has been a member of AFP since 1992.
Jordan Krugman is Treasurer at Invesco Ltd. in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Invesco in 2007, Mr. Krugman was Manager, International Treasury at The Gap, Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s foreign exchange hedging program. Jordan was a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference‘s Executive Institute on leadership development. He has served on the Annual Conference Task Force Planning Committee and is active in regional Corporate Treasurer Council roundtable discussions. He has been a member of the AFP since 2007.
Dana Laidhold is Treasurer & Principal at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group she was Division Controller at U.S. Airways. She has extensive experience in cash management, FX, and capital markets. She has served on the AFP Treasury Advisory Group and has been a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference as well as the Corporate Treasurer’s Council Forum. Further, she has participated on the Corporate Treasurers Council Forum task force and has been featured in several AFP Exchange publications and videos. In 2015 she was awarded the highly commendable distinction as Woman of the Year from Treasury Today. Dana has been a member of AFP since 2011.
Joan Piscitello is Treasurer at Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Her responsibilities at Iowa State University include Treasury Operations, Investments, Debt Management, and Compliance. Joan has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2012, has served on the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. She is also a member of the Treasury Institute of Higher Education Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Big Ten (University) Treasury Managers group. Joan has been a speaker as well as facilitator of industry roundtables at the AFP Annual conferences and is a faculty member at the College Business Management Institute at the University of Kentucky. She has been a member of the Eastern Iowa Cash Management Association and the Iowa Treasury Management Association. Joan has been named to the AFP 300 from 2004-2008. She has been a member of AFP since 1988.
Matt Skurbe is Treasurer and Managing Director at Blackstone in New York, NY. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2009, Mr. Skurbe was with Merrill Lynch for 10 years, most recently serving as the CFO for Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co. Matt has served as a speaker at the Global Corporate Treasurers Forum, was a member of the Annual Conference Planning Task Force, and was a speaker at the Annual Conference on two occasions. He is an active member of the regional Corporate Treasurers Roundtable. Additionally, Matt authored an article on investment management for the AFP Exchange. He has been a member of AFP since 2009.
Stephanie Uhl is Assistant Treasurer of Forest City Realty Trust, Inc., a national REIT headquartered in Cleveland, OH. She has presented at the AFP Annual Conference and is a member of the CTP test development committee. She has served on the board of the Northern Ohio AFP since 2013. Stephanie has been a member of AFP since 2011.
Anthony Scaglione is Executive Vice President and CFO of ABM Industries, Inc. in New York, NY. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Treasurer. Prior to joining ABM Industries, Anthony was with CA, Inc. as Vice President, Assistant Treasurer. Anthony has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. He has presented at a number of the AFP Annual Conferences and contributed to the AFP Exchange magazine. Anthony has been active in roundtable discussions at the Corporate Treasurers Council and regional treasury conferences. He has been a member of AFP since 2001.
