2025 FPAAC Announcement

AFP’s North America, Asia-Pacific (APAC), Middle East and Africa (MEA) Financial Planning and Analysis Advisory Councils (FPAACs) help AFP deliver insightful, relevant and timely content to our membership and the FP&A community worldwide.

“I look for the advisory councils to give me insight on the day-to-day activities of practitioners, provide thought leadership and promote the good work we do here at AFP,” said Bryan Lapidus, FPAC, AFP’s Director, FP&A Practice. “They make everything we deliver to the FP&A community relevant, approachable and impactful.”

In 2024, the FPAACs contributed to numerous resources, including:

FPAAC members also helped plan the FP&A track at the annual AFP Conference and the AFP FP&A Forum, March 17-19, 2025, in Austin, TX.

The FPAAC members represent a broad cross-section of industries, organizational sizes and ownership structures. They were selected based on their contributions to the FP&A practice, expertise in specific areas and desire to contribute to the advancement of their peers.

North America FP&A Advisory Council

Outgoing chair of the North America FP&A Advisory Council, Nikita Miller, FPAC, is succeeded by Jesse Todd, Director, Cross-Industry Finance Transformation, Microsoft. “I am humbled and excited to serve as FPAAC chair for 2025. From my first experience with AFP at FinNext in 2019, I’ve felt at home in the community, filled with ‘my people’ who are connected by a passion for increasing impact as FP&A professionals,” he said. “The FPAAC is a dynamic, diverse and engaging group and I’m looking forward to working together to leverage our collective expertise to strengthen and empower the broader FP&A community.”
