Description
This forward-looking seminar empowers attendees to become strategic business partners by enhancing organizational liquidity through effective working capital management. It begins with a review of foundational concepts, exploring the impact of operating working capital on profitability and liquidity. Participants will then examine key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure efficiency, with a focus on the cash conversion cycle. The core of the session is dedicated to benchmarking working capital levels and analyzing their effects on financial statements and performance ratios.
