Thursday, January 18, 2018

Few finance processes are more maligned than the budgeting process. Yet, their existence suggests they continue to serve a necessary purpose. The Association for Financial Professionals® (AFP) conducted an FP&A survey to determine who uses budgets, what they are used for, and why they remain in force today. Attendees will learn the surprising results from the survey and discuss how budgets have changed over time, and how their peers are using them now.
