2016 AFP Compensation Survey

The 2016 AFP Compensation Survey Report revealed that finance professionals realized a 3.6 percent gain in their base salaries during 2015, a decrease from the 4.1 percent increase in 2014. In 2015, 75 percent of organizations awarded bonuses to their employees. The survey also examines factors that influence salary and drive upward mobility. This year’s report includes a section on critical business skills and competencies for finance professionals.
