Webinars - CTP/CCMs and FP&As must:

  1. Register for the event.
  2. Log into the virtual classroom and attend the webinar for the allotted time. 1 CTP/CCM and FP&A re-certification credit is equal to 50 minutes of web participation time.
  3. After the event, submit credits online: http://www.afponline.org/recert.

Seminars - CTPs/CCMs and FP&As must:

  1. Register for the event.  
  2. Log into the virtual classroom and attend the seminar for the allotted time. 1 CTP/CCM and FP&As re-certification credit is equal to 50 minutes of web participation time.

Virtual Roundtables - CTP/CCMs and FP&As must:

  1. Register for the event.
  2. Log into the virtual classroom and attend the roundtable for the allotted time. 1 CTP/CCM and FP&As re-certification credit is equal to 50 minutes of web participation time.
  3. After the event, submit credits online: http://www.afponline.org/recert.

Recordings - CTP/CCMs and FP&As must:

  1. Select and purchase a recorded course.
  2. After viewing, take the subsequent quiz and correctly answer the specified number of questions (no partial credit is given).
  3. Once a passing score has been obtained, submit credits online: http://www.afponline.org/recert.

Please note, no credit will be granted if you have participated in the live version of the course.Additionally, the quiz must be completed NO LATER than 90 days after purchase.

CPE Re-Certification Eligibility Requirements

Live Webinars/Seminars - CPAs must:

  1. Register for the event.
  2. Log into the virtual classroom and attend the webinar for the allotted time. 1 CPE re-certification credit is equal to 50 minutes of web participation time.
  3. Document the specified number of key terms displayed during the presentation. These terms should then be submitted with the post-event evaluation. (The number of required terms will be specified at the beginning of the presentation.)

CPE Credit
The Association for Financial Professionals is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
