We are now in an environment where borders are crossed easily--whether those borders are between one country and another, between financial institutions and corporations, or even between fraudsters and individuals. This new business landscape means that there are many new payments issues with which to contend: from security to integration to working with intermediaries to protecting systems during disasters.
