Jeff A. Glenzer, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Jeff A. Glenzer, CTP, oversees the execution of strategic initiatives while leading AFP’s product development, educational programming, public policy and communication departments. He also manages the Association's subject matter experts in the areas of treasury, payments, corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and risk management. Previously, Mr. Glenzer served as Director of Treasury Services for the Association, developing products and services in the areas of treasury operations, bank relationship management, working capital management, cash forecasting, and short-term investing. He has also plays a leadership role in the Association's public policy activities, including significant legislative and regulatory involvement on rating agency reform, derivatives regulations, money market fund rules and illegal bank tying.
Mr. Glenzer has twenty years of experience in treasury management and financial services. Prior to joining AFP, he served as Deputy Director of Finance for Chautauqua County, New York, where he was responsible for cash, investment, and accounts receivable management, as well as debt issuance and rating agency relationships. He has also held positions at Key Investments, Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith, Inc.
Manager, Treasury & Payments
Magnus Carlsson is currently the Manager for Treasury & Payments at the Association for Financial Professionals. Previously Mr. Carlsson worked as the Project Manager for the SEPA project at AB Volvo and was the Arbitrage Manager for Arlington County Treasurer's Office, managing all Arbitrage issues, debt service payments and investment management. He has also been with the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLB) Office of Finance for seven years in positions of increasing responsibility and scope including Credit Analysis, Short-Term Debt Issuance and Investor Relations.
Before his career in the United States, Mr. Carlsson was a Bank Analyst performing risk- and credit-based analysis on banks and financial institutions at Swedbank Markets in Stockholm, Sweden. He holds a Masters' Degree in Finance from the University of Karlstad, and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Gothenburg.
Tom Hunt, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Mr. Hunt has over 13 years of direct Treasury experience working across different industries including various roles at Medtronic, Inc., Fairview Health Systems and most recently at 3M Company. At 3M Company, he oversaw the global banking strategy, redesigned and implemented a new domestic cash management structure and led acquisition activities for the Treasury department.
As Director of Treasury Services for AFP, Mr. Hunt is the staff subject matter expert on treasury and working capital management and provides original, proprietary content to meet the unique concerns and strategic development needs of corporate treasury professionals.
Brian T. Kalish
Director, Finance Practice Lead

Mr. Kalish joined the AFP in October 2008. Mr. Kalish has responsibility for the Finance Practice which includes Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Mr. Kalish has over 20 years experience in Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations. Prior to joining AFP, Mr. Kalish held a number of treasury and finance positions with the Federal Home Loan Bank - Office of Finance, Washington Mutual, NRUCFC, Fifth Third Bank and Fannie Mae.
Craig N. Martin
Director, Executive Programs and Treasury Practice Lead

With over 30 years of experience in finance and treasury, Craig Martin is responsible for developing and implementing executive programming for AFP including the Corporate Treasurers Council, The Global Corporate Treasurers Forum and the Executive Institute at the annual conference. Craig is also responsible for AFP's Treasury Practice which covers treasury services and payments. Prior to AFP, Craig served as CFO for Cadmus Journal Services. Before switching to manufacturing from banking, Craig was the Treasurer and CFO for Citibank, MD, responsible for accounting, budgeting, funding and interest rate risk management. Prior to that Craig worked for over a decade on both the buy and sell sides of the fixed income cash, futures and swap markets at a number of financial institutions in New York such as Merrill Lynch, Lasser Marshall, and ContiFinancial, and FNB Maryland and Maryland National Bank in Baltimore.
