This seminar will guide the treasury and finance practitioner through a technology implementation project from the RFP through the final evaluation and assessment. Examine the requirements of a technology solution and learn to define and understand criteria. Next, learn techniques for assessing the requirements and determining which solution best fits the department, regardless of any resource constraints. Finally, gain a greater understanding of the implementation process. Learn strategies for implementing the solution efficiently while avoiding any common missteps.

Ken Lillie has 25+ years
experience of providing treasury consultancy for companies,
financial institutions, charities and other organisations in UK and
Europe, USA, Middle East and South Africa and ten years previous
experience in corporate treasury.
Ken was responsible for group treasury at a major UK based
shipping line, moving on to become the director responsible for
treasury and investment at a London based investment bank.
Subsequent experience includes six years with an independent
treasury consulting organisation carrying out reviews of treasury
operations and the application of treasury technology and five
years at SunGard where he was Head of Marketing for SunGard
AvantGard EMEA and provided consultancy to their clients on
treasury processes and systems.
Ken is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers in
the UK. He is also a member of the Association for Financial
Professionals in the USA and the Association of Corporate
Treasurers of Southern Africa.
