Most of us find ourselves managing projects in addition to our regular work but we are rarely given specific training on how to manage projects, and yet the success of a project often depends on how well it has been planned and organized. This highly interactive workshop covers the basic skills necessary to define, plan and complete any type of treasury project; how to overcome challenges; how to negotiate and manage time more effectively. At the end of the workshop participants will have useful tools and techniques for planning and managing future assignments.
- Recognize the nature of a project versus routine work
- Understand the basic principles of project management
- Learn easy-to-use tools and techniques for managing projects
- Assimilate and apply these lessons to everyday situations
