- Enter Personal Response Link, click on "Start" button and follow instructions
- Take approximately 10 minutes to complete the first online assessment: the Managing for Success Employee-Manager (Behaviors)
- Go immediately to complete in approximately 10 minutes the second
online assessment - the Managing for Success Personal Interests, Attitudes
and Values (Hidden Motivators)
- Print the results of both personal assessments as soon as you have
finished taking them
3. Print Financial Career Coach Workbook to apply findings to real life situations
4. AFP Career Coach will contact you to schedule a phone coaching session
