- In today's difficult environment, using all internal sources of
cash has become mission critical for treasury. This case study will
demonstrate how the implementation of multicurrency notional
pooling allowed an international company to tap into foreign excess
cash and reduce their need to borrow from their banks. They
achieved significant interest savings, and eliminated the
administration of intercompany loans because the pool operating
agreement replaced all of their intercompany loan agreements.
