Dawn Lothringer has been with Zachry for 25 years, and is responsible for daily cash operations, investments, and bank relationships. She has been active in the San Antonio Treasury Management Association and served as president two years. She also served as chairman of TEXPO in 1995 and co-chair of TEXPO in 2000. She is a charter member of the Alliance of Texas Treasury Associations and has also served on the AFP CTP test committee.
