Track: Payment Systems
Monday, October 20, 2008
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Room: 411
Electronic payments are creating a whole new set of operational challenges for billers, such as multiple transaction origination sources, incorrect consumer billing data and labor-intensive exception handling. Inefficient handling of these payments can diminish many of the benefits gained from electronic migration, and can create the risk of alienating your customers because of payment posting challenges. In this session, we will discuss how to overcome these challenges and maximize the financial benefits.
