Jamie McCourt led the turnaround of one of the greatest sports franchises in history by implementing an innovative business model that still respected baseball?s grand traditions. Drawing from her experience, McCourt offers practical strategies and tactical plans on how to revitalize stagnant organizations, reinvent a corporate culture while keeping what works, modernize a traditional business model and utilize targeted marketing to reach new customers. A book signing at the AFP Bookstore (Booth 425) will follow the session.
