Through case studies, this presentation will examine the common challenges many firms face with their current paper payment process, including lack of payment integration, payment errors, delayed and lost payments, difficulty in cash forecasting, high costs and lack of control over the payment process. Two companies will share their electronic payments conversion best practices and the benefits they reaped, such as payment integration with an ERP system, cost savings, improved vendor relationships and more accurate cash forecasting.
