This session will focus on programs, actions and processes financial professionals should consider to mitigate the impact of weakening macroeconomic and industry conditions on their companies. We will also identify strategies that treasury professionals can utilize to identify opportunities in the face of challenging economic times that can demonstrate the strategic value of the treasury function within an organization.
