Credit Card Acceptance: Improving the Bottom Line

The evolution of the payments industry has dramatically changed over the last 10 years. The first portion of this presentation discusses what the payments industry looks like today, how companies control costs and drive savings and where some emerging trends have improved the bottom line. The second portion is a case study focused on Amtrak?s credit card acceptance program. This case study discusses the challenges to its business and the strategy to improve its credit card program. The successful launch of this program resulted in effectively managing fraud, lowering costs and risks and increasing revenue.
