This case study will explore the process one organization undertook to select a payments collection system that was inexpensive and easy to customize. They then implemented it at a call center as well as at point-of-service locations. The benefits realized include increased patient collections, lower cost of collections, reduced bad debt, more efficient workflows, automated reporting, easier reconciliation, lower merchant processing fees and PCI compliance.
