Treasury professionals who oversee pension plans, either directly or as part of a committee, are considered fiduciaries under ERISA, and are bound to strict rules and serious penalties for noncompliance. This session will examine the current fiduciary landscape and ways to fulfill constantly changing ERISA standards.
