Ensuring access to capital through a properly structured revolving line of credit is always a top concern for financial professionals. This task takes on even more importance during a credit crunch. This session will involve an interactive panel discussion among seasoned corporate practitioners and session attendees on effective bank revolver management. Topics to be covered in this session include covenant structure, influencing a credit committee, and managing revolver participation thru superior bank relationship management.
