The use of commercial cards can enhance operating efficiency through strategic sourcing as well as streamlining the entire procure-to-pay process. This session will review how Sara Lee has successfully deployed commercial cards in 9 countries as part of a company wide process improvement initiative. We will discuss key considerations of their program and outline the benefits that the company has realized.
