This session will detail the success story of the 2008 Pinnacle Award Strategy Category winner, PAETEC. Through the development of a tactical operating lease program, the PAETEC treasury department was able to drive $5.2 million in capital expenditure savings in just 12 months, improve equipment compliance and control programs, and elevate treasury to the status of a valued strategic partner within and beyond the boundaries of their organization.
