BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota upgraded its internal lockbox remittance processor in 2006 and took advantage of Check 21 and check conversion capabilities. This session will describe its ROI analysis for implementing check imaging and conversion to ACH debits (ARC). Presenters will review the cost savings used to justify new processes and the benefits of float reduction due to ARC conversion.
