Chairman: Susan Glass, CTP
Susan Glass is Assistant Treasurer - Global Cash and Investments at Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Kansas City, MO. She has been a member of the AFP Board since 2006. Susan has served as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee as well as Vice Chairman, Secretary and Chairman of the Policy Committee. In her role as Chairman of the Board she is Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the Financial Planning & Analysis newsletter. In the past she has served on the 2003 Payments Conference Task Force, chaired the 2002 Annual Conference Task Force and was a member of the Task Force in 2001. In 2000 she served as Chairman of the Retail Industry Task Force and was a member of the Task Force in 1998-1999. At the local level, Susan has served on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City AFP and was President in 1999. She served as Program Committee Chair, Secretary and Vice President from 1996-1999. Susan has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference, speaking on various subjects since 2003. She has been a member of AFP since 1995.

Vice Chairman: Anita Patterson, CTP
Anita Patterson is Director, Treasury Services for Cox Enterprises, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. Anita is Vice Chairman, Treasurer and serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Anita has been a member of the AFP Board since 2008, and currently serves as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. She is also a member of the Payments Advisory Group, serving as its Chairman from 2006-2007. She served as Vice Chairman Secretary and Chairman of the Policy Committee and was a member of the Audit Committee. Anita has served as Chairman of the Global Treasury Task Force in 2006, a member on the Annual Conference Task Force in 2002 and 2003, and the Payments Forum Task Force as Chairman. She is a frequent speaker at national and regional AFP conferences and forums. In addition, Anita is a member of the SunTrust Client Advisory Board, as well as serving on several boards within her community. Anita has served on her regional AFP of Atlanta as President, Secretary and Committee chairman since 2002. In 2012 she was named to the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury & Risk Magazine. Anita has been a member of AFP since 1992.

Vice Chairman: Jeff Johnson, CTP, CPA
Jeff Johnson is Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations at Deluxe Corp. in Shoreview, MN. His responsibilities at Deluxe include treasury operations, investor relations, retirement plans, and risk management. Prior to joining Deluxe Jeff was CFO with ABS Global. Jeff is Vice Chairman, Secretary and serves as the Chairman of the Policy Committee and is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Jeff has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010 and served as a member of the Finance Committee. He presented at the 2006 AFP Annual Conference as the Strategy Category winner of Pinnacle, and was a session presenter in 2008. He served on the Treasury Management Forum Task Force in 2010. Jeff has been active in roundtable discussions at the Minneapolis Treasurer's group and has been a member of AFP since 2005.

Ann Anthony, CTP
Ann Anthony is Director of Treasury and Investor Relations at South Jersey Industries, Inc. in Folsom, NJ. Prior to joining SJI, Ann worked with Metrologic Instruments as Director of Treasury and Risk Management and has held various positions in manufacturing, banking and retail business with both domestic and global activities. Ann serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, is a member of the Finance Committee and is a Founding Member on the AFP of Canada Board of Directors. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, has served on the Audit Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. Ann has been an active participant in the Philadelphia AFP where she has served in several Board capacities. She has been a member of AFP since 1995.

Jeff Cappelletti, CTP
Jeff Cappelletti was Corporate Treasurer and Risk Manager for G4S Secure Solutions (USA) - (formerly known at The Wackenhut Corporation) in Jupiter, FL. Jeff has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2006, currently serves on the Finance Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. He served as the Founding Member of the AFP of Canada Board of Directors from 2010-2012. In 2006 and 2005 he was a member of the Annual Conference Task Force. In 2002 he served as a Pinnacle Award judge. He has been a member of AFP since 2001.

Roberta Eiseman, CTP
Bobbie Eiseman is Director, Corporate Treasury Programs at SunGard Data Systems Inc. in Wayne, PA. Prior to joining SunGard, Bobbie was Senior Corporate Treasury Manager for VWR International, Inc. in West Chester, PA. Bobbie has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008, has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and is currently a member of the Policy Committee. Bobbie has been a member of the Government Relations Committee since 2007, and has served on the AN06, AN07 and AN08 Annual Conference Task Force. In 2007 and 2008 she served as a Pinnacle Award judge. Bobbie has been a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference in past years. She has served on her regional AFP of Philadelphia as Treasurer, Vice President and President. She has been a member of AFP since 2000.

Patricia Hui, CTP
Patricia Hui is Sr. Corporate Treasury Manager at Mentor Graphics Corp., a multinational company dealing in electronic design automation, headquartered in Wilsonville, OR. Prior to joining Mentor Graphics in 2009, she was Treasury Manager at Tektronix, Inc. Patricia has beena member of the Board of Directors since 2010. She currently serves as a member of the Policy Committee as well as the Ethics Special Committee. She has served in the past as an AFP Pinnacle Award judge, and has been a member of the Annual Conference Task Force for two years. She is a member of the AFP of Oregon and SW Washington and served on the Board of AFP of Oregon in 2001 and 2002. She has been a member of AFP since 1998.

Ferdinand Jahnel
Ferdinand Jahnel is Vice President, Corporate Treasurer for Henry Schein, Inc., in Melville, NY. Previously he served as Vice President, Assistant Treasurer for CA Technologies, Inc., International Treasurer at Steelcase, Inc., and in various Corporate Finance positions at the MAN Group in Europe and the U.S. He has a Diploma in BA from the University of Augsburg, Germany, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ferdinand serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He has been a contributor at a number of AFP Annual Conferences and an active member of the Corporate Treasurers Council. He has been a member of AFP since 2005.

June Johnson, CTP, CPA, CGMA
June Johnson is Director of Finance & Treasurer at Z Capital Partners in Lake Forest, IL. Prior to joining Z Capital, June worked with HMX Group as Director of Treasury. June is a member of the Audit Committee. She has served as a member on the AFP Government Relations Committee since 2003, and has been chairman of the Financial Accounting and Investor Relations (FAIR) Task Force of the committee since 2007. June currently served as a member of the AFP 2012 Annual Conference Planning Task Force, previously served as a member in 2011 and has been a speaker at the Annual Conference. At the local level, June currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago as co-chair of the Windy City Summit conference for 2012 and 2013. She had previously served as co-chair of the conference in 1998 and 1999, and served in several other Board capacities. She has been a member of AFP since 1990.

Katria Kowal, CTP
Katria Kowal is Assistant Treasurer at Sunoco, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA and has held several roles in treasury and finance functions within the organization. Katria serves as a member on the Finance Committee. She served on the AFP 2012 Annual Conference Program Planning Task Force and is a member of the AFP Payments Newsletter Editorial Advisory Board. In 2012 she was a Pinnacle Award judge, and an AFP Payments Advisory Group board member from 2006 to 2008. She has been a presenter at the AFP Annual Conference, a speaker at the AFP Payments Forum, as well as a roundtable leader at the AFP Retail Roundtable. Katria has been a member of AFP since 2001.

Sharon Petrey, CTP
Sharon Petrey is the Assistant Treasurer of The Coca-Cola Company and has served in several finance functions within the organization. Sharon serves as a member of the Policy Committee. Sharon recently served as Vice President of AFP of Atlanta and is Chairman of the AFP Exam Committee. She has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference, speaking since 2002. Sharon also served as past chairman of the AFP Payments Advisory Group. In 2010 she was named to the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury & Risk Magazine. Sharon has been a member of AFP since 2000.

Joan Piscitello, CTP
Joan Piscitello is the Treasurer at Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Her responsibilities at Iowa State University include Treasury Operations, Investments, Debt Management, and Compliance. Joan serves as a member of the Audit Committee . She is a member of the executive committee of the Treasury Institute of Higher Education, as well as a member of the Big Ten (University) Treasury Managers group. Joan has been a speaker as well as facilitator of industry roundtables at national AFP conferences and is a faculty member at the College Business Management Institute at the University of Kentucky. She has been a member of the Eastern Iowa Cash Management Association and the Iowa Treasury Management Association. Joan has been named to the AFP 300 from 2004-2008. She has been a member of AFP since 1988.

D. Anthony Scaglione, CTP CPA
Anthony Scaglione is Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Treasurer at ABM Industries, Inc. in New York, NY. Prior to joining ABM Industries, Anthony was with CA, Inc. as Vice President, Assistant Treasurer. Anthony has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. He has served as a member of the Audit Committee as well as the Strategic Alliance Committee. He has presented at a number of AFP conferences and contributed to the AFP Exchange magazine. Anthony has been active in roundtable discussions at the Corporate Treasurers Council and regional treasury conferences. He has been a member of AFP since 2001.

Adrienne Urban, CTP
Adrienne Urban is Vice President and Treasurer at World Fuel Services Corporation in Miami, FL. Prior to joining World Fuel Services, Adrienne was Vice President and Treasurer at the Children's Place in Secaucus, NJ. Adrienne has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. Previously she served on the Finance Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. She has presented at AFP's Retail Forum, Corporate Treasurers Forum, and Canadian Forum, as well as the AFP Annual Conference. In 2002, she served as Co-Chair of the Retail Industry Task Force. Most recently, Adrienne served as a member of the 2009 Certification Task Force and the 2009 Test Specification Task Force. She has been a member of AFP since 1997.

Past Chairman: Michael Connolly, CTP
Mike Connolly is Vice President - Treasurer at Tiffany & Co. in Parsippany, NJ. Mike has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2006 and served as Chairman of the Board from 2010-2012. He previously served as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He has been a member on the Strategic Alliance Committee, the Audit Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, he has served on the AFP Global Corporate Treasurers Forum Task Force for the 2005 and 2006 conferences and chaired the 2005 conference; also a member of the AFP Retail Treasury Form Task Force for 2009 and the Corporate Treasurers Council Research Advisory Board. He has been a member of AFP since 1999.
