Chairman: Anthony Scaglione, CTP
Anthony Scaglione is Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Treasurer at ABM Industries, Inc. in New York, NY. Prior to joining ABM Industries, Anthony was with CA, Inc. as Vice President, Assistant Treasurer. Anthony has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. He has presented at a number of the AFP Annual conferences and contributed to the AFP Exchange magazine. Anthony has been active in roundtable discussions at the Corporate Treasurers Council and regional treasury conferences. He has been a member of AFP since 2001.
Vice Chairman: Roberta Eiseman, CTP
Bobbie Eiseman is Director, Corporate Treasury Programs at SunGard Data Systems Inc. in Wayne, PA where she is responsible for treasury operations and global insurance programs. Prior to joining SunGard, Bobbie was Senior Corporate Treasury Manager for VWR International, Inc. in West Chester, PA and has held various positions in banking, retail, technology and agricultural chemicals businesses. Bobbie has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008 and has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Ethics Special Committee and a member of the Policy Committee. Bobbie was a member of the Government Relations Committee from 2007 to 2014, and has served on the AN06, AN07 and AN08 Annual Conference Task Force. In 2007 and 2008 she served as a Pinnacle Award judge. Bobbie has been a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference in past years. She has served on her regional AFP of Philadelphia as Treasurer, Vice President and President. She has been a member of AFP since 2000.
Vice Chairman: Jeff Johnson, CTP, CPA
Jeff Johnson is Chief Operating Officer with financial responsibility at Davenport Group in St. Paul, MN. He was most recently Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations at Deluxe Corp. in Shoreview, MN where his responsibilities included treasury operations, investor relations, retirement plans, and risk management. Prior to joining Deluxe Jeff was CFO with ABS Global. Jeff recently served as Vice Chairman, Secretary and Chairman of the Policy Committee. He was also a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Finance Committee. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He presented at the 2006 AFP Annual Conference as the Strategy Category winner of Pinnacle, and was a session presenter in 2008. He served on the Treasury Management Forum Task Force in 2010. Jeff has been active in roundtable discussions at the Minneapolis Treasurer's group and has been a member of AFP since 2005.
Ann Anthony, CTP
Ann Anthony is Treasurer of South Jersey Industries, Inc. in Folsom, NJ. Prior to joining SJI, Ann worked with Metrologic Instruments as Director of Treasury and Risk Management where she held various positions in manufacturing, banking and retail business with domestic and global activities. Ann has served as a member of the Finance Committee, the Audit Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. Ann has been an active participant in the Philadelphia AFP where she has served in several Board capacities. She has been a member of AFP since 1995.
Terry Crawford, CTP
Terry Crawford is Senior Vice President and Treasurer for AMC Entertainment Inc, in Leawood, Kansas. He is currently a member of the Annual Conference Planning Task Force and the Treasury Advisory Group, serving at the chair in 2012-2013. In the past he has served on the Working Capital Management Committee as well as the Retail Industry Task Force, serving as chair in 2005. In addition, Terry is a member of the New York Life Client Advisory Board and the Wells Fargo Retail Advisory Board. At the local level Terry is a past president of the Kansas City AFP. Terry has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference and Retail Industry Roundtable, speaking on various subjects since 2003. He has also contributed to several articles and publications. He has been a member since in 1998.
Christopher Fulton, CTP
Chris Fulton is Treasurer of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, NY. He also serves as the treasurer of the Skadden Foundation and acts as financial administrator of the Skadden, Arps Honors Program in Legal Studies at The City College of New York. Prior to joining Skadden in 2008, Chris worked with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as vice president, corporate treasurer. He has been a presenter, as well as an exhibitor, at the AFP Annual conferences and is active in roundtable discussions at the Corporate Treasurers Council. He has been a member of the AFP since 2005.
Jonathan Hall, CTP
Jonathan Hall is Vice President, Finance and Strategy at Walmart Stores U.S. in Bentonville, AR. Prior to joining Walmart, Jonathan served as Chief Financial Officer, North American Supply Chair Business Unit at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Jonathan has held senior level finance and strategy, treasury, audit and accounting positions of increasing scope and leadership responsibility at BWAY Corporation, Sara Lee Bakery, and the J. I. Case Corporation. He has been a member of AFP since 2012.
Patricia Hui, CTP
Patricia Hui is Senior Corporate Treasury Manager at Mentor Graphics Corporation, a multinational company dealing in electronic design automation, headquartered in Wilsonville, OR. Prior to joining Mentor Graphics in 2009, Patricia served as Treasury Manager of Tektronix, Inc. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010 and has served on the Policy Committee. Patricia has served in the past as an AFP Pinnacle Award judge as well as a member of the Annual Conference Task Force for two years. She is a member of the AFP of Oregon and SW Washington and has served on the Board of AFP of Oregon in 2001 and 2002. She has been a member of AFP since 1998.
Ferdinand Jahnel, CTP
Ferdinand Jahnel is Vice President, Corporate Treasurer for Henry Schein, Inc., in Melville, NY. Previously he served as Vice President, Assistant Treasurer for CA Technologies, Inc., International Treasurer at Steelcase, Inc., and in various Corporate Finance positions at the MAN Group in Europe and the U.S. Ferdinand has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and has served as a member of the Finance Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. He has been a contributor at a number of the AFP Annual Conferences and an active member of the Corporate Treasurers Council. He has been a member of AFP since 2005.
June Johnson, CTP, CPA, CGMA
June Johnson is Director of Finance & Treasurer and Head of Investor Accounting at Z Capital Partners in Lake Forest, IL. Prior to joining Z Capital, June worked with HMX Group as Director of Treasury and with Hartmarx Corporation as Assistant Treasurer. June has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and was a member of the Audit and Policy Committees. She served as a member of the AFP Government Relations Committee, and she was chairman of the Financial Accounting and Investor Relations (FAIR) Task Force of the committee. June served as a member of the AFP 2011 and 2012 Annual Conference Planning Task Force and has been a speaker at the Annual Conference. At the local level, June served on the Board of Directors of the Treasury Management Association of Chicago (TMAC) as co-chair of the Windy City Summit conference, and has served in several other Board capacities of TMAC. She has been a member of AFP since 1990.
Jordan Krugman, CTP
Jordan Krugman is Treasurer at Invesco Ltd. in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Invesco in 2007, Mr. Krugman was Manager, International Treasury at The Gap, Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s foreign exchange hedging program. Jordan was a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference‘s Executive Institute on leadership development. He has served on the Annual Conference Task Force Planning Committee and is active in regional Corporate Treasurer Council roundtable discussions. He has been a member of the AFP since 2007.
Anita Patterson, CTP
Anita Patterson is Director, Treasury Services & Patriot Act Compliance Officer for Cox Enterprises, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. Anita has been a member of the AFP Board since 2008, and she recently served as Vice Chairman and Treasurer. She has served on a number of AFP committees including AFP Board Finance, Audit and Policy committees as well both the Treasury Advisory Group and its predecessor, the Payments Advisory Group. Anita has served as Chairman of the Global Treasury Task Force in 2006, a member on the Annual Conference Task Force, and Chairman of the Payments Forum Task Force. She is a frequent speaker at national and regional AFP conferences and forums. In addition, Anita is a member of NACHA’s Business Payments Advisory Committee, active on the Federal Reserve CPAG as well as Scotiabank’s Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Client Advisory Board. Her comments and articles have appeared in such publications as Treasury Management International, AFP Exchange, Business Finance and Treasury and Risk Management magazines. She was selected for Treasury & Risk Management’s 2012 List of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance. Anita has been a member of AFP since 1992.
Joan Piscitello, CTP
Joan Piscitello is Treasurer at Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Her responsibilities at Iowa State University include Treasury Operations, Investments, Debt Management, and Compliance. Joan has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2012, has served on the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. She is also a member of the Treasury Institute of Higher Education Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Big Ten (University) Treasury Managers group. Joan has been a speaker as well as facilitator of industry roundtables at the AFP Annual conferences and is a faculty member at the College Business Management Institute at the University of Kentucky. She has been a member of the Eastern Iowa Cash Management Association and the Iowa Treasury Management Association. Joan has been named to the AFP 300 from 2004-2008. She has been a member of AFP since 1988.
Matt Skurbe is Treasurer and Managing Director at Blackstone in New York, NY. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2009, Mr. Skurbe was with Merrill Lynch for 10 years, most recently serving as the CFO for Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co. Matt has served as a speaker at the Global Corporate Treasurers Forum, was a member of the Annual Conference Planning Task Force, and was a speaker at the Annual Conference on two occasions. He is an active member of the regional Corporate Treasurers Roundtable. Additionally, Matt authored an article on investment management for the AFP Exchange. He has been a member of AFP since 2009.
Adrienne Urban, CTP
Adrienne Urban is Senior Vice President and Treasurer at World Fuel Services Corporation in Miami, FL. Prior to joining World Fuel Services, Adrienne was Vice President and Treasurer at the Children's Place in Secaucus, NJ. Adrienne has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010 and served as a member of the Audit Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. Previously, she served on the Finance and Strategic Planning Committees. She has presented at AFP's Retail Forum, Corporate Treasurers Forum, and Canadian Forum, as well as the AFP Annual Conference. In addition, Adrienne served as a member of the 2009 CTP Certification Task Force and the 2009 CTP Test Specification Task Force. She has been a member of AFP since 1997.
Kristin Walle, CTP
Kristin Walle is Vice President, Global Money Movement & Compliance, for Automatic Data Processing in San Dimas, California. Prior to joining ADP in 2007, Kristin was Manager of Treasury Operations for Jacobs Engineering where she oversaw domestic and international treasury operations. She has presented at the AFP Annual Conference and currently serves as an on-line instructor through Brandman University for the Certified Treasury Professional review course. She is an Accredited ACH Professional and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. She has been a member of the AFP since 1996.
Robert Whitaker, CTP
Bob Whitaker is Treasurer for DHL Americas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining DHL in 2004, Bob held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T, including CFO for AT&T Capital - Latin America. He has been a member of the AFP Government Relations Committee, serving as the chairman of the Financial Accounting/Investor Relations subcommittee. Bob has also served on the AFP Annual Conference Planning Committee and has presented at the AFP Annual Conference. He has been a member of the AFP since 2005.
Past Chairman: Susan Glass, CTP
Susan Glass is Assistant Treasurer - Global Cash and Investments at Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Kansas City, MO. She has been a member of the AFP Board since 2006 and served as Chairman of the Board from 2012-2014. She previously served as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee as well as Vice Chairman, Secretary and Chairman of the Policy Committee. In her role as Chairman of the Board she was Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Strategic Alliance Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the Financial Planning & Analysis newsletter. In the past she has served on the 2003 Payments Conference Task Force, chaired the 2002 Annual Conference Task Force and was a member of the Task Force in 2001. In 2000 she served as Chairman of the Retail Industry Task Force and was a member of the Task Force in 1998-1999. At the local level, Susan has served on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City AFP and was President in 1999. She served as Program Committee Chair, Secretary and Vice President from 1996-1999. Susan has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference, speaking on various subjects since 2003. She has been a member of AFP since 1995.
