TORONTO--September 1, 2010--The Association for Financial Professionals of Canada (AFPC) welcomes the Maritimes chapter of the Treasury Management Association of Canada (TMAC), which recently voted to become a regional partner under the name AFP of Canada – Maritimes.

The chapter joins the Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton and Calgary chapters, which voted to become regional partners of AFP of Canada earlier this year.
In addition to their association with AFP's global brand, regional partners participate in the annual AFP Regional Officers Meeting in Washington, DC. The Maritimes chapter joins 58 regional associations throughout North America and the Caribbean currently partnering with AFP.
