Michèle Allman-Ward, CTP, CertICM

Michèle Allman-Ward has 20+ years of banking experience includes senior positions with J.P. Morgan, Bankers Trust, Bank of Boston and Wells Fargo. Professional accreditations include Certified Cash Manager (CCM) and the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). She also obtained her Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) (with distinction) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in the U.K. Her book "International Cash Management" is the manual used by the ACT in their certification program.
In 1996, Ms. Allman-Ward established Allman-Ward Associates, Inc. The company specializes in strategic planning, product and business unit development, training, project management, and market research with particular emphasis on international treasury management.
Ms. Allman-Ward earned a joint double honors BS degree from the University of Southampton in England and later, her MBA in International Finance from Fordham University (New York).
Senior Analyst, EMEA, Aite Group’s Wholesale Banking Group
Enrico Camerinelli is a senior analyst at Aite Group specializing in wholesale banking, cash and trade finance, and payments. His current research focuses on global transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, and the financial supply chain.
Prior to joining Aite Group, Mr. Camerinelli was an independent analyst and advisor to organizations such as Celent and the Supply Chain Council. He also served as a vice president and research leader at META Group’s Electronic Business Strategies service, tracking trends in supply chain management, product lifecycle management, e-procurement, and sourcing. Additionally, he's spent 10 years working as a supply chain manager at various manufacturing companies.
Mr. Camerinelli graduated from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' with a degree in Business Engineering.
Jacquel K. Clark, CTP

Jacquel Clark is currently the Vice President and Treasurer for The JRC Group, Inc., a financial services consulting firm. Before her retirement from Hughes Supply, Inc. in 2006, Ms. Clark served as the Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary were she was responsible for cash management, financial analysis, strategic planning and corporate governance.
Ms. Clark has 30+ years of business experience including the operation of a small business, negotiation of financing instruments and interest rate hedging products, proxy statement preparation, NYSE and SEC compliance filings, automation of accounting and planning financial processes, training curricula design.
Ms. Clark earned her BA and MBA in Accounting from Stetson University, has completed course study in Strategic Management, and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a Certified Business Professional (CBP).

Dr. Kasthuri Henry is a financial professional with 20 years of corporate experience and international exposure. A Six Sigma Black Belt, her experiences include Regional CFO at Aon Risk Services, Director of Planning and Analysis at HSBC Consumer/Mortgage Lending, Global Treasury Consultant at Hospira Inc, and Vice President of Continuous Improvement for the University Division at Career Education Corporation.
Dr. Henry earned her MBA from Indiana State University with an emphasis in Finance and Decision Sciences and her PhD in Finance from Walden University.
Michael Hunstad, PhD
Adjunct Professor of Mathematical Programming, Illinois Institute of Technology
Dr. Hunstad has been designing and building cash flow forecasting models for almost 15 years. He began his career as a consultant with Treasury Strategies and went on to become a Principal and head of the Cash Flow Forecasting and Analytics practice areas. He is currently an adjunct professor of applied mathematics and econometrics at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Vice President and Head of Qualitative Research at North Trust Global Investments.
Dr. Hunstad holds and MBA in finance, a PhD in mathematical and statistical modeling and is finishing a second PhD in economics. He has published more than 20 articles on cash forecasting.
President, Hedge Trackers, LLC
Helen Kane founded Hedge Trackers, LLC in April 2000. Her duties include monitoring FASB/IASB pronouncements, overseeing auditor and SEC responses, and consulting on complex derivative accounting applications. Additionally, Ms. Kane chairs both the East and West Coast annual Accounting for Derivatives Conferences.
Before Hedge Trackers, Ms. Kane was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche in the Capital Markets Group, leading their Silicon Valley risk management practice. Prior to Deloitte, she served in treasury, finance and accounting roles for multinational corporations.
Helen holds a B.A. (with Honors) from Arizona State University and a Masters in International Management from The Garvin School of International Management.
David Kelin has 25+ years experience in cash and treasury management. During that time, he worked for Citigroup, Lloyds Bank and Bank of America. In 2004, Mr. Kelin started a consultancy practice specializing in cash management techniques, bank selection and treasury management systems selection. In 2008, he later joined Zanders to establish their UK operations.
Mr. Kelin holds a B.Sc Management in Business Studies and Marketing from Trinity College, Dublin.
James C. Lam

Mr. Lam has 20+ years of experience in risk and business management. He is widely noted as the first ever "chief risk officer" and an early advocate of enterprise risk management. Previously, Mr. Lam served as Partner of Oliver Wyman, Founder and President of ERisk, Chief Risk Officer of Fidelity Investments, and Chief Risk Officer of FGIC Capital Markets Services, Inc., a GE Capital company.
Mr. Lam graduated summa cum laude with a BBA from Baruch College, and holds an MBA with honors from UCLA. He was appointed a senior research fellow at Beijing University in 2004, has lectured at Harvard Business School, and has taught graduate-level courses in risk management and advanced derivatives at Babson College as an adjunct professor of finance.

Ken Lillie has 25+ years of experience in providing treasury consultancy for organizations across the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and South Africa. Mr. Lillie’s experience includes group treasury at a major UK based shipping line and treasury and investment at a London based investment bank. Additionally, he has spent six years with an independent treasury consulting organization and five years at SunGard as Head of Marketing for SunGard AvantGard EMEA.

Mr. O'Brien is a frequent speaker at events sponsored by Regional Treasury Associations, the Association for Financial Professionals, the Association of Corporate Treasurers and EuroFinance. He is a past Chairman of the Association for Financial Professionals and serves on the associations' conference committee.
Mr. O'Brien holds a BA from University of Richmond, an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and the CTP certification from the AFP.

René Pelegero is an expert on the topic of payments with 25+ years of experience. Sandy Runyon, CCM, AAP

Sandy Runyon has been active in the payments industry for 20+ years. She is an independent payment consultant who previously was responsible for supporting AT&T’s corporate-wide electronic payments and associated EDI activity. As an active member of EPCOR (Regional Payments Association), Ms. Runyon is a member of their Cash Management Committee and was the recipient of EPCOR’s Marquis Award, an honor presented to individuals or organizations that exemplify best practices in electronic payments implementation.
Ms. Runyon previously served on the Affiliate Forum Steering Committee and the AAP Blue Ribbon Panel for NACHA. She is a frequent speaker at NACHA’s annual payments conferences, NACHA’s Payment Institute, the Direct Response Forum, the St. Louis Treasury Management Association, and EPCOR’s Annual conferences.
Ms. Runyon holds a BS in mathematics from Bethany College, West Virginia and a MBA from Texas Christian University.
Kevin Schieuer, PhD

Dr. Kevin Schieuer serves as the Director of the Undergraduate Business Administration Program, Director of the Master of Science in Finance and Chair of the Finance area at Bellevue University. In addition to teaching finance courses, Dr. Schieuer has been involved with corporate education activities for organizations such as ConAgra, Kum & Go Corporation, Nebraska Hospital Association, Iowa Hospital Association, Gallup Organization, as well as business education certificate programs for credit unions and financial institutions. He also serves as Director of the College’s Certified Treasury Management Program through the Association for Financial Professionals.
Dr. Schieuer earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with major areas of study in Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets/Institutions, and Econometrics. He also earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance as well as graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and BS degrees in Math, Physics, and Business Administration.

George Schilling is a training consultant specializing in treasury management, corporate finance, and project management. As former Assistant Treasurer of Chevron USA, he directed and coordinated nationwide treasury operations. Mr. Schilling serves on Association for Financial Professionals Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) review faculty and is a member of the American Management Association faculty. Previously he has served as a past President of the San Francisco Treasury Management Association and on the Institute of Management Accountants faculty.
Mr. Schilling received his MBA from Golden Gate University and has completed postgraduate work in financial management at Stanford University. He also is the author of User-Friendly Finance, an operationally oriented training program designed for non-financial professionals.
Jim Washam, PhD, CTP

Dr. Washam serves as Associate Dean, Director of Undergraduate Programs, and a member of the Finance faculty at Arkansas State University. His primary teaching areas include corporate finance, fixed income markets, cash management, and international financial markets.
Dr. Washam is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and has served as Vice President of the Mid South Association for Financial Professionals. He has served the national AFP as a member of the Pinnacle Award committee, a CCM hotline volunteer, and as a member of the AFP's CCM Review and CME faculty. Dr. Washam holds a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Mississippi.
