2016 AFP FP&A Benchmarking Survey 

The 2016 AFP FP&A Benchmarking Survey is being conducted in partnership with IBM. This year’s survey is the first in a series of FP&A Benchmarking Surveys and asks questions on key FP&A metrics (costs, FTEs, cycle times, variances, error rate, etc.) and policies with the goal of identifying “benchmark” FP&A operations.

About the Survey

The Survey includes about 30 questions (including demographic questions) and can be completed in stages and at participants’ convenience. Also available within the survey is a list of survey questions to facilitate gathering of data and information prior to survey participation.

Instant Customized Benchmarking Report

On completion of the survey, participants have the option to download an instant customized benchmarking report comparing their results with those of their peers. Participants will be able to continue to avail of updated benchmarking information until January 2017.

Unique Tracking Number 

A unique tracking number will be generated once the survey is accessed. It is recommended that this tracking number is saved either by downloading the text file, or by printing it. This unique tracking number will allow participants to complete the survey, update information and to generate updated benchmarking information at their convenience.
