2013 AFP Compensation Survey
Financial professionals’ salaries reflect the continued growth of the U.S. economy in 2012, according to results of the 25th annual AFP Compensation Survey. Overall, financial professionals garnered an average increase in base salary of 3.4 percent in 2012.
The report features salary information on 20 finance and treasury positions drawn from over 2,700 respondents and detailing factors such as company size, industry, location, gross revenue and years of experience.

The report also includes detailed job descriptions and examines the impact of education and certification on salary and career advancement.
