2016 AFP Financial Planning & Analysis Benchmarking Survey
The 2016 AFP FP&A Benchmarking Survey was conducted earlier this year. This year’s survey is the first in a series of FP&A Benchmarking Surveys and asks questions on key FP&A metrics (costs, FTEs, cycle times, variances, error rate, etc.) and policies with the goal of identifying “benchmark” FP&A operations. The 2016 AFP Financial Planning & Analysis Benchmarking Survey: FP&A, a Function in Transition analyzes analyze results from responses gathered during six weeks in the Spring of 2016.
About the Survey
The survey continues to be currently available to those interested in benchmarking their FP&A function with other organizations in similar industries and will be open till January 2017.
The Survey includes about 30 questions (including demographic questions) and can be completed in stages and at participants’ convenience. Also available within the survey is a list of survey questions to facilitate gathering of data and information prior to survey participation.
Instant Customized Benchmarking Report
On completion of the survey, participants have the option to download an instant customized benchmarking report comparing their results with those of their peers. Participants will be able to continue to avail of updated benchmarking information until January 2017.
Unique Tracking Number
A unique tracking number will be generated once the survey is accessed. It is recommended that this tracking number is saved either by downloading the text file, or by printing it. This unique tracking number will allow participants to complete the survey, update information and to generate updated benchmarking information at their convenience.
Survey Access and Authorization Code
The AUTHORIZATION CODE: 2016afp is required to log in to the survey.
